Do you offer Free Estimates?

Yes, Our Mission is to make everything involved in the process a smooth ride! So offering free estimates is the least we can do for giving us the opportunity!

Are Warranties included?

Yes, Every project will come with both, a workmanship warranty and Manufacturer warranty. Workmanship warranties will cover up to 12 years in most cases, manufacturer warranties will cover 20 years up to the life of the material.

How are payments accepted?

The following forms of payment are accepted: Cash, Check, Credit Card and Wire.

Is Financing Available?

Yes, We offer financing via Renew Financial; which does not require credit or proof of income. Hearth which is based off your credit score with interest rates as low as 4.99% we also are a private lender with the ability to assist in Cash-Out Refinances, as well as traditional mortgage loans.

How long does it typically take to complete a project?

Roofing projects can take between 2-3 weeks to complete depending on inspections and weather. Window and door Projects can take between 3-6 weeks, which is solely based on the creation of the windows and doors. HVAC projects will take 2-4 hours to complete based off pre-existing conditions or wiring and equipment.

Who is responsible for maintaining cleanliness on my property?

We pride ourselves in maintaining and up keeping the property we are preforming a project at. we take it very serious to preserve the home and leave it the way we found it, respecting it as if it were our home.

Should I have any questions at any point, who should I reach out to?

In regards to pulling the permit, who should be responsible?

We will always be responsible for pulling the permit in any project we place ourselves in. Whoever pulls the permit is responsible for any damages and liabilities that could arise from the project. Liability insurance and workman’s comp through our company allows you to have peace of mind. Let us take the responsibility!

How do I know if I need to replace my roof or windows and doors?

When it comes to roofing usually the first sign of wear and tear is black algae that is forming on the roof. Usually the cause is that either the glazing or copper has worn off and allowed for bacteria to grow on the roof. Another sign would be missing shingles or cracked tiles. We want to Assess the problem as soon as those signs are present to prevent leaks that could damage the wood deck and even worse contaminate the insulation and drywall. For windows and doors its a much easier feat, if you notice that the A/C is overworking because of Air Escaping through cracks and and blemishes or that heat is simply entering the home easily. Impact windows and doors could prove to be your solution by sealing off the outside elements and having thicker glass disallowing heat from warming your home.
